About the role
- Mortgage Branch Manager/VP of Mortgage reports directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, working to grow a territory by recruiting mortgage loan originators and processors.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of business development officers, loan partners, branch managers, and mortgage loan officers
- Drives community involvement
- Develop relationships with key accounts in the market, including real estate brokerages and home builders
- Manage a profit and loss statement for the region
- Performs related duties as assigned by supervisor
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in strategic planning and execution
- Five (5) years of Sales Management experience
- Five (5) years of Mortgage industry knowledge is required
