About the role

  • We operate FDA-registered and ISO 13485-accredited facilities in Maine (USA), Massachusetts (USA), Maryland (USA), Tipperary (Ireland), ISO 9001-accredited facility in Oxford, UK, and Traverse City, Michigan US.
  • The business departments (outside the immediate team) that this role will be working closely with on a regular basis are manufacturing, disease state procurement, and materials management.
  • The base salary will be influenced by factors like experience, skills, and location.

Responsibilities

  • Continuous learner, always seeking opportunities to learn how to perform new assays.
  • Communicate & collaborate across teams for day-to-day activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in science or related field with 1-2 years related experience
  • An understanding of immunoassays is required.
  • Ability to work on problems of simple scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential, including the ability to communicate technical problems in a clear, concise manner.
  • Experience with Microsoft Software (Word, Excel, Office).
  • Basic mathematical skills are required.
  • Must be a positive team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Perform other duties as required, or assigned by management, to meet business needs.

Nice to have

  • Skilled in performing ELISA's is desirable.
  • Previous experience with automated chemistry analyzers and immunoanalyzers is desirable.
  • Previous experience in a regulated laboratory setting is desirable.

Compensation

  • Minimum pay rate: $26.00 USD per hour
  • $39.00 USD per hour
  • The salary range provided covers the minimum and maximum amounts projected for this role.
  • The base salary will be influenced by factors like experience, skills, and location.
