About the role
- You will work directly with direct stakeholders, coordinate with external parties, and play a critical role in ensuring strong communication across the organization.
- This position requires on-site work from our Chicago office at least four days per week.

Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support for up to four senior managers.
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate across time zones.
- Manage travel logistics, including accommodations, transportation, and meals, according to IMC's policies.
- Manage and submit business expenses and prepare reports on such as needed.

- As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide comprehensive support to a group of senior leaders in a fast-paced trading and research environment.
Requirements
- Must be highly organized and detail-oriented with an ability to manage multiple individual preferences and requirements.
Nice to have
- 4+ years of experience in an administrative role supporting senior managers
- experience supporting multiple people preferred.
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects.
- Proficiency with MS Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) and an aptitude for learning new software and systems.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Compensation
- $65,000 - $85,000 USD
