About the role
- Our Program consists of three consecutive 12-month rotational assignments that span Cenovus's varied business areas.
- Upon completion of the three-year program, you will be matched to a permanent role within the organization.
- Additional rotations may be at one of our site operations such as: Foster Creek, Christina Lake, Sunrise.
Responsibilities
- Supplier negotiation support and supplier relationship management
- Post-contract management and support of various portfolios
- Support causes you care about with volunteer opportunities in and outside of work.
- Networking & events: Attend career development sessions, build your professional network and engage in volunteer work.
- New Grad committee: Enjoy fun and inclusive events that help build community and foster connections across the organization.
- Relocation support: Relocation assistance may be available.

Requirements
- Must have an undergraduate Business or Commerce or related program degree obtained by May 31, 2027 and completed within the last 2 years (2025, 2026 or 2027).
