The Industrial Engineer is an incredibly exciting role within the AMEND Consulting team.
You will be working on and solving real world problems designing cutting edge process improvements and analytical solutions, while surrounded by a team of world class talent.
We have clients located in our home of Cincinnati as well as around the country, so our operations team has the opportunity to travel and broaden AMEND's impact!

Our three-tiered approach provides a distinct competitive edge and allows us to build strong relationships and create customized solutions for every client.
Analyze production costs and implement cost saving methods
Support strategy on capital expansion and planning
Travel as needed to support client sites

Experience in an Industrial Engineer role
Ability to use data and statistical analysis to analyze and improve processes
Ability to interface with multiple other business functions (internally and externally)
Desire to build analytical competencies in others within the business
Curiosity to ask questions and challenge the status quo
Creativity to devise out-of-the-box solutions
