About the role
- This position would be responsible for assisting the head baseball coach in the oversight and administration of the Northeast men's baseball program.
- The assistant will assist with practices, game-day coaching and operations, team travel, recruitment of student-athletes, demonstrating strong character, leadership, engagement and complying with ICCAC, NJCAA and institutional regulations.

Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
- Applicant must be able to work with infielders, hitters and recruiting.
- Two years' coaching/playing experience at the post-secondary level required.
- Associate's degree required
