About the role

ABM, a leading provider of integrated facility solutions, is looking for a Facilities Maintenance Technician.
The Facilities Maintenance Technician will complete assigned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance repairs requiring conveyor, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, instrumentation, HVAC and other equipment, systems or structures.
Ensures repairs and maintenance to all equipment and facilities.

5+ years of experience in commercial property, multi-unit residential and/or related facilities maintenance role.
Basic working knowledge of fire protection hydraulic system and fire protection alarm system.
Ability to effectively present information to departmental management, employees, tenants, and outside contacts

$ 30.00 - $32.00/hr
