About the role
- ABM, a leading provider of integrated facility solutions, is looking for a Facilities Maintenance Technician.
- The Facilities Maintenance Technician will complete assigned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance repairs requiring conveyor, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, instrumentation, HVAC and other equipment, systems or structures.
- Ensures repairs and maintenance to all equipment and facilities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in commercial property, multi-unit residential and/or related facilities maintenance role.
- Basic working knowledge of fire protection hydraulic system and fire protection alarm system.
- Ability to effectively present information to departmental management, employees, tenants, and outside contacts
Skills
- $ 30.00 - $32.00/hr

- 401(k) - You become eligible to make personal contributions beginning the first of the month following 30 days of employment.
- You become eligible for the ABM match beginning the first of the month following six months of employment.
