About the role
- They will also assist with the set up and tear down of multi-purpose spaces, back-of-house, lobbies, and other spaces in and surrounding Buddy Holly Hall.
- Instructs, advises, and demonstrates work methods, practices, and procedures for completing job assignments and assisting in the training of site custodians.
- Trains custodial staff in all manners of cleaning, safety, and custodial equipment use at the site.
Requirements
- Use ladders when required in work assignments.
Nice to have
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of one (1) + year janitorial experience
- Event Experience preferred.
- Experience leading a crew is a plus.
Skills
- Knowledge of the methods, tools, materials, and equipment; applicable safety codes and regulations.
- Good oral, written and listening skills.
- Pays close attention to details.
- Organize and uses resources and time effectively and efficiently.
- Ability to problem solve.
