About the role
- We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Procurement Operations to manage vendor onboarding and improve the systems and workflows that support the purchasing lifecycle.
- You will guide vendors and internal stakeholders through onboarding requirements, coordinate reviews and approvals, maintain accurate data, and resolve issues that delay requests. You will also help improve Zip and related systems by identifying process gaps, documenting requirements, testing changes, and supporting automation and reporting.
- This role is ideal for someone with strong operational judgment, a systems mindset, and the ability to manage a high volume of requests in an evolving environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage vendor onboarding requests from submission through completion.
- Maintain accurate vendor records, approvals, contracts, documents, and audit trails across Zip and connected systems.
- Test system changes, document results, report defects, and support releases through training and communications.
Requirements
- Review submissions for completeness, accuracy, and required documentation.
- 3+ years of experience in procure-to-pay, vendor management, finance, or purchasing operations.
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Zip, Coupa, Oracle, NetSuite, DocuSign, Brex, Ramp, or similar tools.
Nice to have
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
