- Position Overview The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment activities to attract, engage, and hire top talent across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business priorities and workforce plans.
- Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to understand hiring needs and organizational capability requirements.
- Build proactive talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for professional, technical, operational, and leadership roles.
- Lead sourcing strategies through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct sourcing.
- Drive structured interview and selection processes.
- Collaborate with HR teams on onboarding and workforce planning activities.
- Support recruitment marketing campaigns and university partnerships where applicable
- Manage recruitment vendors, agencies, and external partnerships.
- Lead, coach, and develop recruiters or TA specialists
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 6-10 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced or matrix organization.
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and levels.
- Experience with ATS/HCM platforms such as Oracle, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or ADP is an advantage.
