About the role
- This role is responsible for machine setup, part inspection, and ensuring finished products meet blueprint specifications and quality standards.
- Successful completion of a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, technical documents, and production work orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following company policies and safety procedures.
Requirements
- Before Hire U.S. Citizenship required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience operating press brake equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and standard shop documentation.
- Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday.
- The ideal candidate is comfortable working with fabrication drawings, precision measuring tools, and CNC metal forming equipment in a manufacturing environment.

- Basic math skills and experience using calipers, micrometers, tape measures, and other precision measuring tools.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
