Responsibilities
- Set your own hours and work remotely from anywhere in California
- Free CEUs and access to supervisor support and peer consultation
- Support therapists in helping students improve attendance, grades, and behavior
- Professional Growth: Free CEUs and access to supervisor support and peer consultation
- Administrative Support: We handle all non-clinical tasks for you and your supervisees
- Foster Academic Success: Support therapists in helping students improve attendance, grades, and behavior
- Build Strong Therapeutic Relationships: Guide therapists in creating meaningful connections - 90% of students report feeling matched with the right clinician
- Support Families: Help therapists offer guidance and resources to families, with 92% reporting positive behavioral changes at home
- Collaborate indirectly with school counselors, teachers, and families through your supervisees to support a holistic care team
- Maintain accurate, timely supervisory documentation in our secure EHR system
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience providing clinical supervision to associate-level therapists
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms and virtual care delivery
Nice to have
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish or other languages
- Experience with CBT, DBT, or similar therapeutic modalities
- Active NPI number and CAQH profile

Compensation
- Earn $100+ per hour of supervision as an independent contractor - no client work required
