Serves as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, ensuring consistent, compelling messaging across internal and external audiences while enhancing brand visibility and trust.
Oversees corporate, executive, employee, agency and external communications, including media relations, thought leadership, issues management, and crisis communications.
Oversees the coordination of intentional, comprehensive, and timely communication initiatives across various platforms to internal and external audiences.

Leads enterprise change management and communications efforts that support business transformation, drive adoption of strategic initiatives, and deliver business outcomes.
Builds and develops a high-performing team, leveraging data, insights, and innovative communications practices to deliver measurable business outcomes and stakeholder engagement.
Leads crisis communication efforts, providing strategic guidance and support during sensitive situations. A nticipate s and respond s to reputational threats to the company, in partner ship with various internal stakeholders.
I dentif ies CEO speaking opportunities, p repares CEO speeches/remarks for scheduled event s and support s external speaking/media requests.

Exceptional media relations, crisis communications, and executive communications skills, with the ability to serve as a trusted advisor and organizational spokesperson.

The base pay range represents the typical range of potential salary offers for candidates hired.
Factors used to determine your actual salary include your specific skills, qualifications and experience.
$174,400-$239,800
Incentive Pay:
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for both a Short-Term Incentive plan and a Long-Term Incentive plan.
