About the role
- Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator Pay Rate: $20.00/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM Location: Nampa, ID Required PPE: Steel-Toed Shoes Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate/Forklift Operator to support daily warehouse operations in an agricultural environment. This role is responsible for
- receiving, moving, storing, and shipping materials while maintaining a safe, organized, and clean workspace. The warehouse receives soil, seed, and other agricultural products from growers. As a result, the work environment can be dusty, and the facility is not temperature controlled. Respirator use is voluntary and available as needed. Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate inventory movement and warehouse organization.
- Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 60 pounds regularly.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to work in warehouse conditions that are not temperature controlled.
- Knowledge & Safety Requirements General knowledge of workplace safety and environmental procedures.
- Ability to comply with all company safety policies and guidelines.
