About the role
- GTI Values: Safey I Quality I Customer Obsession I Speed I Agility The Production Supervisor is responsible for the daily leadership of manufacturing operations within an assigned production area.
- The ideal candidate is a hands-on manufacturing leader with experience supervising production teams in contract manufacturing or complex industrial manufacturing environments.
- This individual understands how to balance people, materials, equipment, and production schedules while continuously improving throughput, quality, and operational performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily manufacturing operations to ensure production schedules are achieved safely and efficiently.
- Manufacturing Support Operations
- Drive daily production throughput and schedule attainment.
- Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Partner with Manufacturing Engineering to improve manufacturing processes.
- Support efficient product flow throughout the manufacturing process.
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas utilizing 5S principles.
- Partner with Quality to reduce defects, scrap, and rework.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 5+ years of manufacturing experience.
- 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in Contract Manufacturing or complex industrial manufacturing.
- Experience in one or more of the following:
- Experience working with Manufacturing Engineering and Quality teams.
