Own full lifecycle delivery for 2-4 concurrent enterprise SaaS implementations, from scoping through go-live and hypercare.
Define and manage key project artifacts including charters, RACI matrices, RAID logs, risk registers, and delivery roadmaps.
Lead executive kick-offs, cadence calls, steering committee updates, and quarterly business reviews.
Manage implementation budgets (typically $200K-$2M), including forecasting, tracking actuals, and aligning to revenue recognition.
Partner on Statements of Work (SOWs) and Change Orders, ensuring delivery alignment with scope, billing, and invoicing accuracy.
Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within active engagements and support revenue growth.
Leverage AI tools (e.g., Claude and similar platforms) to develop, refine, and validate requirements documentation and functional designs.

7+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS implementation, consulting, or professional services.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
MBA or advanced degree.

Deliver clear executive reporting through RAG status, dashboards, and structured health updates.
Utilize AI and analytics to assess test coverage, identify gaps, and improve quality outcomes.
