About the role
- The Floor Supervisor will have complete oversight of the gaming floor during their assigned shift.

- Monitor team performance, ensure KPIs and expectations are met
- Work with operations to ensure success of team and operations
- Time and attendance maintenance of employees
- Handle employee relations within the team, including disciplinary cases
- 2 years of experience as a supervisor or in related field
- Experience as a game presenter or shuffler preferred but not required
- Technically proficient
- High level of organization
