Responsibilities
- Demonstrated excellence as an Executive Assistant supporting multiple C-suite executives, preferably within the luxury interior design sector or comparable high-end large enterprise environment
- Comprehensive knowledge of luxury interior design terminology, methodologies, and industry best practices
Requirements
- The ability to convey ideas with clarity, sophistication, and precision ensures seamless operations and cultivates positive, enduring relationships
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline from an accredited institution
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and professional productivity platforms
Nice to have
- Proficiency with advanced project management software and enterprise-level tools
