We have an opportunity for an operations Supervisor to join our Delavan, WI team.

Provide daily supervision and support of employees in the respective work areas which includes assignment of work, managing employee performance issues, improving productivity, and maintaining staffing levels.

Experience within a manufacturing environment that produces items relating to machining, molding, assembly, and metalwork.
The ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and have a basic understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
Strong leadership skills which include the ability to communicate broadly, teach/coach, motivate, and foster accountability.
Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years of functional supervisory experience
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and SAP
Must be open to flex hours on 1st and 2nd shifts.
ability to exercise independent judgment in a narrow/limited scope
Have a cross-functional manufacturing background (production, materials, planning, engineering, etc.)
Be technically sound in lean manufacturing techniques and process improvement strategies.

For this full-time position working at this location, the anticipated annualized base pay range will be from $61200- $113600/ year.
At Pentair, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the pay range.
Pentair considers various factors in determining actual compensation for this position at the expected location.
Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, work location, and other relevant business or organizational needs.
This position may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as, annual incentive bonus.
