About the role

Duties and Responsibilities: Assist in managing estate sale events, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.
Engage with customers, provide product knowledge, and ensure a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

Support the Retail Sales Manager in team supervision, training, and performance management.
The Manager in Training (MIT) program is designed to develop future Retail Sales Managers at True Legacy Homes.
Upon successful completion of the MIT program, you will have the opportunity to advance into a Retail Sales Manager role, where you will lead your own sales team.

Requirements

Verifiable 2 years or more experience in a retail or hospitality setting is required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment.
Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S. Ability to communicate in English.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Ability to lift, push, pull up to 50lbs.
To be eligible, employees must be in good standing, meeting attendance and performance expectations, and must be actively employed at the time of payout.

Nice to have

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous supervisory experience in a retail or hospitality setting preferred.
Work may involve exposure to dirt, dust, fumes, or chemicals.

We are excited to offer a $1,000 hiring bonus for this position!
The bonus will be paid upon the successful completion of the Manager in Training (MIT) program and after six (6) months of continuous full-time employment.
