About the role
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sub practice Lead
- We are seeking a strategic Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sub practice Lead to scale and grow Centrilogic's Dynamics 365 business across North America. This role has end-to-end accountability for the growth, profitability, and market expansion of the D365 portfolio, including Finance & Operations, Business Central, and Customer Engagement (CRM).
Responsibilities
- Own the strategy, growth, and scalability of the Dynamics 365 practice across ERP and CRM.
- Build a repeatable, scalable delivery model to support increasing D365 project volume and complexity.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of D365 solution architects, consultants, and delivery leaders.
- Drive capacity planning, utilization, and skills alignment to support forecasted D365 demand.
- Drive pipeline expansion and deal growth for Dynamics 365 projects in partnership with Sales and Executive leadership.
- Actively support and influence pre-sales efforts, including solution strategy, deal shaping, estimations, and executive presentations.
- Increase win rates and deal sizes by positioning Centrilogic as a trusted D365 transformation partner.
- Identify and launch new D365 offerings, accelerators, and packaged solutions to drive scalable revenue.
- Microsoft & Partner Ecosystem Leadership
- Own and strengthen the Microsoft Dynamics 365 partner relationship, including co-selling, marketplace offerings, and joint pipeline initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, Technology, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 ERP/CRM consulting, including senior leadership responsibility.
- Experience leading distributed, multi-geo delivery teams.
- Familiarity with Power Platform, Azure, and D365 integrations.
- Demonstrated success scaling a D365 practice or ERP/CRM business line.
- Strong background in D365 Finance & Operations, Business Central, and CRM.
- Proven ability to grow pipeline, close complex D365 deals, and deliver profitable programs.
- Deep understanding of Microsoft Partner ecosystem and enterprise sales cycles.
- Executive-level communication, stakeholder management, and commercial acumen.
- Preferred
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (Solution Architect or Functional).
- Experience building industry-specific D365 solutions or IP.
- Background in industries such as manufacturing, professional services, healthcare, or public sector.

- Stay ahead of Microsoft's D365 roadmap, licensing changes, and industry solutions to shape go-to-market strategy.
