Responsibilities
- The Lead Finance Analyst, Pricing is responsible for advanced analysis supporting entrance fee forecasting, pricing recommendations, and valuation drivers.
- This role develops models, conducts back‑testing and scenario analysis, and prepares decision‑ready analytics for Regional Teams and Ownership.
- In addition, this role will help implement controls and standardization for pricing across all communities.
- This role performs work under minimal supervision and handles complex issues and problems, referring only the most complex issues to higher-level staff.
