About the role

  • The Finance team is responsible for modernizing Crunchyroll's financial systems and data capabilities.
  • This is a high-impact team operating in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, focused on improving data reliability, audit readiness, and decision-making capabilities across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • The team partners closely with Accounting, FP&A, and Engineering to build scalable, compliant, and insight-driven finance solutions.
  • Support program for new parents

Requirements

  • You have 8+ years of experience in Finance, Finance Transformation, or Business Analysis with a strong focus on financial data.
  • You possess deep knowledge of data governance principles, including data quality management, metadata, and stewardship frameworks.
  • You have hands-on experience with IFRS reporting standards and their impact on financial data structures.
  • You have experience designing, operating, and testing SOX controls, particularly in relation to financial systems and data processes.
  • You have worked closely with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and modern data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, or similar).
  • You have experience translating complex finance requirements into data models, business rules, and system specifications.
