About the role

  • The Warehouse Associate is responsible for the day-to-day tasks related to inbound and outbound operations, including receiving, order selecting, unloading, loading, put-aways, replenishments, and sanitation.

Requirements

  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily.
  • Ability to operate all types of warehouse machinery, stand-up and sit-down forklifts, long and short pallet jacks, manual jacks, computers, copiers, and other business equipment

Nice to have

  • 6+ months of relevant experience
  • Forklift experience
  • Experience in food warehousing, retail, or food distribution preferred

  • Ability to work with a diverse population
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex information clearly
  • Strong customer service skills and willingness to assist others
  • Proactive self-starter who is self-motivated to contribute to the team
  • Strong time-management, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision

Compensation

  • $38k-$43k
