About the role
- The Warehouse Associate is responsible for the day-to-day tasks related to inbound and outbound operations, including receiving, order selecting, unloading, loading, put-aways, replenishments, and sanitation.

Requirements
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily.
- Ability to operate all types of warehouse machinery, stand-up and sit-down forklifts, long and short pallet jacks, manual jacks, computers, copiers, and other business equipment
Nice to have
- 6+ months of relevant experience
- Forklift experience
- Experience in food warehousing, retail, or food distribution preferred
Skills
- Ability to work with a diverse population
- Good verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex information clearly
- Strong customer service skills and willingness to assist others
- Proactive self-starter who is self-motivated to contribute to the team
- Strong time-management, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
Compensation
- $38k-$43k
