Educational Consultant - Per Diem - Illinois - Statewide This is a general posting for future openings for the 2026 - 27 school year.

Schedule is highly dependent on customer demand - professional development is usually scheduled with partners during normal school hours.
Our peak times of the year include August through October and then again January and February, although we deliver professional development throughout the school year.
This may range from providing lesson planning and pacing support, to helping educators analyze data and apply it to instruction, to working with leaders to identify evidence of implementation successes and challenges

Minimally, a Bachelor's degree and at least 2+ years of experience in teaching, coaching teachers and providing professional development.
Strong working knowledge of the State Standards for ELA and Mathematics for Grades K-8, including both the content standards and the practice standards.
Additionally, a valid driver's license is required for this role.
Travel up to 80% is required and considered an essential function of the job for all educator-facing positions.

Excellent computer and internet skills including knowledge of Office programs (Outlook, Word, PPT, etc.)
knowledge of online meeting programs (e.g. Zoom/WebEx) a plus.

We offer a competitive hourly rate starting at $65/hour for educator-facing professional learning delivery.
Additional compensation is provided for preparation, co-facilitation, internal meetings, travel, and other required work activities.

Mileage reimbursement may be available for applicable travel.
Adjust professional learning workshops within specified parameters to fit the needs of the participants
