Responsibilities
- Production Oversight: Manage start-up, operation, and shutdown of machinery, supporting 25% of production.
- Quality Control: Perform inspections, resolve issues, and maintain quality data.
- Physical Requirements: Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.
Requirements
- Fast learner with the ability to quickly acquire new skills and knowledge.
- System Proficiency: Utilize Panduit Oracle for manufacturing data and maintenance orders.
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Skills
- Proficient in basic math, including the use of calculators and measuring tools.
- Leverage your advanced technical skills as a Production Technician!
- Set up, start, troubleshoot, and operate manufacturing processes while driving safety and efficiency through lean tools.

Compensation
- The expected starting base pay for this role is $20.50 an hour.
