Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap Ownership Contribute to and manage product strategy, priorities, and roadmap initiatives aligned with customer needs and company objectives.
  • Partner with leadership and stakeholders to balance strategic priorities, technical feasibility, and customer value.
  • Customer Discovery & Product Research Lead customer discovery efforts including interviews, workflow analysis, usability testing, and feedback synthesis.
  • Develop a deep understanding of dealership operations, digital retail workflows, and consumer shopping experiences.
  • Requirements & Product Delivery Create clear and detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering and UX teams throughout the development lifecycle to ensure successful delivery.
  • Partner with Support and Operations teams to identify recurring product issues and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support feature launches through validation, communication, and post-release analysis.
  • Partner with Product and Analytics teams to evaluate product performance using dashboards, reporting tools, and customer data.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership Collaborate with Product, Engineering, UX, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Operations teams to align priorities and deliver successful outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in Business, Technology, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in SaaS Product Management or related software product roles.
  • Experience working with Agile/Scrum software development teams.
  • Strong understanding of product discovery, roadmap management, prioritization, and software delivery processes.
  • Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and product requirements.
  • Ability to make informed decisions using customer feedback, product analytics, and business priorities.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency with modern product management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Productboard, Aha!, Miro, or similar platforms.

Nice to have

  • Experience in automotive retail technology, dealership software, digital retailing, CRM platforms, or automotive marketing solutions.
  • Experience using analytics platforms such as GA4 and Pendo.
  • Experience leveraging AI-assisted tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Lovable, v0, Figma AI, or similar technologies.
  • Formal product management training or certifications such as Pragmatic, Product School, CSPO, or similar programs.
  • Experience working in high-growth or fast-paced SaaS environments.
  • Work on products that directly impact thousands of dealerships and automotive consumers.
  • Help shape innovative digital retail and marketing solutions in the automotive industry.
  • Gain exposure to modern SaaS product management practices, analytics, and AI-enabled workflows.
