- Partner with primary care providers to deliver proven whole-patient care.
- Leverage real time data to drive positive patient outcomes, immediately understanding your impact on the patients you serve.
Requirements
- Individual will be required to maintain applicable knowledge for multiple systems/applications that are customer/clinic-specific
- this individual is expected to master all applicable business processes required for the clinic(s) assigned.
- Individual may be required to work at multiple clinics in a month, depending on business need

Compensation
- $38 to $42 per hour based on experience and licensure
