Responsibilities
- By continuously scanning the clear web, dark web, and threat actor communities 24/7, Flare delivers actionable intelligence to enhance security efforts.
- The platform is designed for seamless integration into existing security programs within just 30 minutes, offering a streamlined alternative to multiple SaaS and open-source tools.
Requirements
- Familiarity with SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, or ITDR platforms and how security teams use them operationally
- experience with tools like Sentinel, Splunk, or comparable platforms is a strong asset
- Comfort with API and integration concepts, including emerging standards like MCP (Model Context Protocol)
- you don't need to write code, but you can hold a technical conversation
- Proven experience managing a technology marketplace, partner program, or integration ecosystem - you know how to build and sustain win-win relationships with technology partners
- Strong business acumen: you think in terms of adoption, revenue impact, and partner economics, not just feature delivery
- Product Management and strategic planning skills, including developing product roadmaps and influencing without direct authority
- Strong relationship-building skills - with partners, customers, and internal stakeholders
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Located in Canada or USA
