Responsibilities
- Perform daily content updates across websites hosted by AgriLife Marketing and Communications, including text, image and layout updates, using the WordPress block editor and the AgriLife Design System
- Manage multiple priorities, project requests and deadlines with timeliness and attention to detail
- Build strong relationships with AgriLife employees who have varying levels of digital expertise, providing responsive, solutions-oriented support while maintaining alignment with institutional goals
- Support communications and training efforts for AgriLife employees when the Web Team launches new tools and features
- Collaborate with AgriLife employees and Marketing and Communications teams to plan and implement coordinated content updates
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Basic understanding of web design, user experience, and content strategy principles
Requirements
- Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Nice to have
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Experience with the WordPress block editor
- Familiarity with digital accessibility concepts and practices
- Demonstrated ability to translate and adapt messaging for digital audiences
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with various stakeholders

Compensation
- Compensation for this position is commensurate based on the selected candidate's qualifications.
- 12-15 days of annual paid holidays

- Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, digital media, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
