About the role
- Ramp is looking for a Senior Growth Designer to join our high-performing Growth Creative team.
- This role is ideal for a hybrid thinker-someone who thrives at the intersection of creative experimentation and data-driven strategy.
- Please note that this Brand Designer role will require you to be comfortable with working in-person in our San Francisco office at least 2 days/week
Responsibilities
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional design work at high velocity.
- Concept & Execute Rapidly: Develop smart, fast creative work-from concept to final execution-across digital ads, landing pages, and scalable multi-channel campaigns.
- Design with Purpose: Combine brand fidelity with performance goals to design work that entertains, educates, and drives leads.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner directly with a single Growth Marketing stakeholder to push their initiatives further, faster.
- Partner with writers, animators, editors, web designers, and creative directors to execute full-funnel campaigns.
- Work Hand-in-Hand with Design Systems: Partner closely with our Brand Systems team to ensure all growth creative adheres to our evolving visual language-while also exploring new executions that stretch and strengthen the system.
- Relay Insights Back to Brand: Share creative performance learnings with the broader design and brand teams to help inform long-term creative strategy, visual identity evolution, and cross-channel cohesion.
- Iterate & Experiment: Test hypotheses and optimize based on results. Success is measured not just in aesthetics, but in originality, clarity, product accuracy, and performance metrics.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of experience in design, with strong portfolio examples of performance creative or digital advertising.
Nice to have
- Fluency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (motion and prototyping experience is a plus).
