Responsibilities
- Drive disposable and capital equipment sales growth by managing and expanding business within assigned accounts.
- Conduct virtual customer meetings, product presentations, and demonstrations to support product awareness and purchasing decisions.
- Analyze territory performance and account data to identify growth opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies.
- Collaborate with field sales, marketing, and cross-functional partners to execute territory plans and customer engagement initiatives.
- Resolve customer concerns and provide ongoing support to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Experience identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities while maintaining and growing existing accounts.
- Ability to analyze account and territory performance data to identify growth opportunities and develop sales strategies.
Requirements
- OR Associate's Degree and 6+ years of relevant experience
- OR Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of relevant experience.
- Proven track record of achieving sales objectives and managing customer relationships within an assigned territory or account base.
- Ability to occasionally travel up to 25% within the assigned territory and for business-related meetings.
Nice to have
- Demonstrated success driving product adoption, utilization, and account penetration initiatives.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and virtual selling capabilities.
- Experience mentoring, coaching, or providing guidance to other sales professionals.
- For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
