Responsibilities
- Leads and facilitates weekly stakeholder meetings to review project status, financials, and resolve issues.
- Recommend and implement ideas and innovations to improve the existing systems, work processes and procedures.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of construction supervision experience
- Experience with Procore, Microsoft 365, Excel, Word.
- Experience in both oral and written communication with internal teams and external clients.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized, able to handle a high volume of transactions without becoming overwhelmed during peak periods.
- Other Requirements:
- Must successfully pass Background Check.
- Strong advanced understanding of job requirements and responsibilities.
- California Pay Range
- $75,000 - $80,000 USD
