About the role
- Revvity Omics, a division of Revvity, is a clinical molecular and biochemical laboratory offering a variety of different screening and diagnostic testing options.
- From prenatal screening before birth to newborn screening shortly after birth and whole genome sequencing through one's lifetime.

Responsibilities
- Performs clinical testing according to standard operating procedures, related to specimen handling, processing, and test analyses.
- Performs general laboratory duties such as glassware cleaning, reagent making, etc.
- Verifies proper instrument function by checking and calibrating laboratory instruments and documents data.
- Maintains legible work records.
- Adheres to the laboratory's quality control policies and document all quality control activities.
- Maintains a clean and orderly work area.
- Performs all job duties in a manner consistent with, laboratory, CLIA, CAP and local regulations.
Requirements
- Weekend rotation may be required.
- Travel is not required.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, use a keyboard, type, and occasionally stand and move to other parts of the lab.
- Must have manual dexterity to use lab equipment.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Prepares and properly labels reagents required for laboratory testing.
- Maintains records that demonstrate that proficiency testing samples are tested in the same manner as patient specimens.

Compensation
- The base salary range for this full-time position is $27/hr.
- Please note that base pay is only one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range.
