Responsibilities
- Own and govern the ServiceNow platform roadmap, release management, backlog prioritization, and platform lifecycle.
- Lead platform modernization initiatives and adoption of new ServiceNow capabilities.
- Define integration architecture using REST APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Servers, and event-driven designs.
- Lead CMDB strategy, governance, data quality initiatives, and service mapping programs.
- Drive CSDM adoption and alignment across business and technical services.
- Manage large-scale ServiceNow programs from requirements through production support.
- Lead SOW development, project estimation, budget planning, risk management, and stakeholder communications.
- Lead global development and support teams.
- Drive delivery excellence, resource planning, and knowledge management initiatives.
Requirements
- Technical Expertise
Nice to have
- 10+ years of IT experience.
- 10+ years of ServiceNow experience.
- Experience leading enterprise ServiceNow implementations and transformations.
- Experience managing global teams and vendor engagements.
- Proven track record delivering large-scale ServiceNow programs.
- ITSM, HRSD, ITOM Event Management, CMDB & Discovery, Service Catalog
- Employee Center, CSM, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs
- JavaScript, Performance Analytics
Compensation
- $135,000 to $150,000 Per Annum
- Discretionary Annual Incentive.
