About the role
- Opportunity Overview Northramp is looking for a skilled, personable, and motivated ServiceNow Developer to join our team.
- As a senior consultant at Northramp, you will also mentor junior staff and help grow our delivery capabilities.

Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day support and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform; coordinate development and support efforts within the admin team.
- Work closely with the ServiceNow functional team to build requested items and tasks using workflows that manage processes from customer intake to fulfillment.
- Work directly with end users to resolve support issues within ServiceNow.
- Develop systems integrations and process automation.
- Create and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and ACLs, including advanced scripting.
- Create and configure Notifications, UI Pages, UI Macros, Script Includes, Formatters, and related components.
- Configure and manage Discovery.
- Lead the team through application and platform upgrades.
- Load, manipulate, and maintain data between ServiceNow and other systems.
- Create ServiceNow reports and dashboards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
