Responsibilities
- Leadership & Team Support Assist the Store Manager in supervising day-to-day store operations and team performance.
- Provide on-floor coaching and guidance to Cozey Ambassadors to ensure excellent customer experience and drive sales objectives.
- Support Shopify and POS operations, ensuring smooth checkout experiences.
- Support Store Manager in finding agile ways to meet sales KPIs and motivate the team.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Manage order holds and follow-ups on draft orders.
- Coordinate backstock returns to the warehouse and maintain supply inventory.

Requirements
- Y our Profile 2-4 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Bilingual (English and French) required Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales.
- Experience with Shopify and Shopify POS is an asset.
