Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and lead a variety of excursions and activities for resort guests, ensuring safety and enjoyment
- Collaborate with the resort's management team to develop new and innovative excursion offerings
- Maintain and manage excursion equipment, ensuring it is in excellent working condition
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team

Requirements
- The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences, have extensive knowledge of local attractions, and possess strong leadership skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality, tourism, or a related field is preferred
