About the role

- We accelerate and enhance decision-making for investors and business leaders by unearthing unique expert insights across multiple sectors, geographies, and topics.
Responsibilities
- Build deep relationships quickly across our highest value experts, acting as their key point person at Third Bridge.
- Suggest and drive innovative and creative solutions for problems faced by our experts.
- Identify and recruit specialists for use across Third Bridge, while working with the Expert Relations Manager to develop and utilise proactive initiatives.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills - naturally warm, personable, and able to build rapport quickly with senior industry executives and a wide variety of professionals
- Adaptability and resilience in the face of frequent change; someone who is energised by a team that moves quickly and implements new ideas rapidly

- Manage your portfolio with a high degree of autonomy and self-sufficiency, taking personal ownership and pride over the quality of every expert relationship.

Nice to have
- Experience in client/relationship management or financial services research preferred
- Previous experience working with a high volume of clients or contacts simultaneously is preferable
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with an acute awareness of client deadlines
- A self-starter mentality - highly self-sufficient, with a strong sense of ownership and personal pride over the quality of your work
- Adaptability and resilience in the face of frequent change
- Comfort navigating compliance-related matters with professionalism and sound judgement
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Curiosity, proactivity, and creative problem solving
