Responsibilities

  • Translate Strategy into Targets: Partner with Distribution Strategy, Finance, Sales leadership, and other internal partners to connect enterprise, divisional, and channel -level priorities to practical goals for advisor-facing teams.
  • Support Governance and Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of assumptions, methodologies, decisions, and approvals to support transparency, consistency, and auditability throughout the goal-setting process.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience conducting forecasting analysis, and using performance data, business assumptions, and projections to develop recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail, with the ability to create accurate, executive-ready materials and explain goal-setting methodologies clearly.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales strategy, compensation goal setting, distribution planning, finance, analytics, or a related function within asset management, wealth management, or financial services.

  • You are an analytical and detail-oriented strategy professional who understands how thoughtful goal setting can motivate performance, reinforce accountability, and align sales execution with business priorities.
  • You are comfortable working with data, partnering across functions, and translating complex analysis into clear recommendations that leaders can use to make informed decisions.

Compensation

  • Support Annual Goal Setting: Help develop annual sales goals ensuring targets are grounded in business priorities, historical performance, planned investments, and growth expectations.
  • As the Senior Strategy Analyst for Goal Setting within our Financial Advisor Services (FAS) business, you will support the annual sales goal-setting process that helps translate business strategy into measurable expectations for our sales teams.
