About the role

This role is for a seasoned creative leader who knows that the highest-leverage work at this level is talent, culture, and organizational clarity.

Lead and manage Engine's full creative organization including creative directors, brand and growth designers, and copywriters-setting direction, developing talent, and holding a high bar for creative excellence
Collaborate closely with the Creative Ops Director to ensure the team is resourced, structured, and operating with the clarity and efficiency the work demands
Serve as the ultimate creative authority across all brand output including campaigns, design systems, content, product storytelling, and beyond
Identify and close capability gaps across the organization through hiring, developing existing talent, and building the right mix of internal and external resources
Build and steward relationships with the highest-caliber agency and production partners, elevating the ambition and quality of Engine's creative at every tier
Proven ability to deliver high-bar creative at scale-across campaigns, brand systems, content, and integrated experiences-without sacrificing quality or velocity

15+ years of experience in creative leadership, with a demonstrated track record of building and leading high-performing creative organizations in highly ambitious, fast-moving environments
Strong executive presence and communication skills, you can align a room, make a compelling case for creative investment, and represent the organization with clarity and confidence

Our compensation packages are based on several factors, including your experience, expertise, and location.
In addition to a competitive base salary, total compensation may include equity and/or variable pay (OTE).
Your recruiter will share your complete compensation package as you move through the process.
Base Pay Range
$159,000 - $220,000 USD
