About the role

  • FTI Consulting, Inc.'s Risk& Compliance Department is seeking a Director of Compliance -- Americas to oversee the Company's risk, compliance and ethics programs in the Company's North American and Latin America regions.
  • This position is located in Washington, DC.

Responsibilities

  • The job involves working with the CRCO to design, develop and direct FTI Consulting's Compliance function in the Americas as well as related compliance initiatives that apply on an enterprise-wide basis.
  • Lead of compliance programs that are unique to the Americas.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

  • Extensive knowledge of standards of ethical conduct and related programs applicable to organizations
  • Knowledge of the conduct of investigations, including evidence gathering and case management
  • Excellent negotiation, conflict resolution, written and oral communication, and interpersonal skills with a demonstrable ability to deal with senior stakeholders
  • Must be a solutions-driven, confident, highly motivated and organized team player with impeccable integrity
  • Knowledge of HIPAA, US broker dealer laws, ITAR, and/or US security clearance programs
  • Ability to travel to FTI office(s) as needed
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States for any employer on a full-time basis

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • 10+ years experience in Risk & Compliance with 5+ years in a senior/leadership role.

Compensation

  • Minimum Pay: $145,500
  • Maximum Pay: $241,500
  • Compensation Disclosure: The compensation range reflects potential base salary for the role.
  • Actual compensation is determined based on a wide array of relevant factors including market considerations, business needs, and an individual's location, skills, level of experience, and qualifications.
