About the role
- With fewer C-sections and higher VBAC success rates, our research-backed approach is delivering better outcomes.
- Our team of trusted midwives, OBGYNs, and dedicated care navigators ensure our patients get the type of care they need in the moments that matter most.
- We currently have 4 clinics in the tri-state area, with three new clinics opening in 2026!
Responsibilities
- Creates smooth and effective clinic flow through waiting room management, care team communication and coordination in the clinic
- A friendly face that creates a wonderful in-person experience through warmly greeting patients and manage check-in and check-out processes with empathy and care.
- Answers and triages patient phone calls, taking ownership of whatever comes your way to drive "one touch" resolution for the patient
- Drives financial sustainability by collect co-pays, payments for payment plans and support insurance billing
- Prepare for and participate in daily huddles to support smooth clinic operations
- A strong listener and communicator, able to connect with and support diverse patient needs
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage daily tasks while contributing to longer-term projects

Requirements
- Associate's degree or higher preferred; High School Diploma/GED required
