Responsibilities
- Technical Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of HVAC systems, including design, installation, and operation.
- Stay current with industry regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
- Develop project schedules, coordinate with suppliers and contractors, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Safety & Compliance: Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing adherence to company policies, OSHA regulations, and local codes.
- High integrity, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build meaningful connections.
- Passion for coaching and developing technicians, helping them grow every day.
- Possess a deep understanding of HVAC systems, including design, installation, and operation.

Requirements
- Install team lead experience - Residential HVAC experience is required Strong business judgment and decision-making skills.
- Technical aptitude, strong knowledge of local codes, and the ability to apply them in the field.
Skills
- Supervise, train, and mentor installation teams.
- Ensure technicians are equipped with the tools, knowledge, and guidance to complete installations safely and efficiently.
Compensation
- Posted Min Pay Rate USD $60,000.00/Yr.
- Posted Max Pay Rate USD $90,000.00/Yr.
