- Complete financial reporting and assist in managing cash flow.
- Ensure the safety of team members and customers.
Responsibilities
- Manage Direct Report(s) to Ensure Team Goals are Achieved Identify/Update High Payoff Activities/Motivation Plans with Each Direct Report.
- Maximize Customer Satisfaction Maintain effective relations with the Owner and General Contractor, i.e. balance between achieving profitability while pleasing client/customer and getting new work.
