Develops and executes multi-year strategic growth plans, including service line expansion and provider workforce planning.
Leads operational excellence through standardized workflows, efficient staffing models, and continuous performance, quality, and process improvement.
Drives a patient-centered, integrated care model across the continuum, ensuring coordinated, high-quality care delivery and optimized patient flow.
Establishes strong internal and external partnerships, supports provider recruitment, and ensures regulatory compliance and alignment with organizational mission and values.
Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional teams, manage change, and influence stakeholders in a matrixed environment.

Partners with the service line medical director and leadership teams to achieve performance goals across quality, patient experience, engagement, and financial outcomes.
Master's degree in healthcare administration or related field
Behavioral Health experience highly preferred
Strong knowledge of medical practice and service line operations, including revenue cycle management and financial performance.
