About the role

  • This is an in-office position based at SimSpace's corporate headquarters in Orlando.
  • Regular in-office presence is an essential requirement of this role.

Responsibilities

  • Executive Support
  • Provide administrative support to the Executive Leadership Team (8 executives).
  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting logistics.
  • Support Board meetings, leadership meetings, and executive off-sites as needed.
  • Manage the daily operation of the Orlando office.
  • Manage incoming mail, deliveries, and vendor relationships.

Requirements

  • 5+ years supporting multiple senior executives or executive leadership teams.
  • Experience supporting several executives simultaneously.
  • Experience managing office operations in a professional environment.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, and conference room technology.
  • Experience coordinating domestic and international travel.
  • Experience supporting executives in a technology or cybersecurity company.
  • Experience planning company events and executive meetings.
  • Experience working with vendors and facilities management.
  • In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification document form upon hire.

Compensation

  • $105,000 - $145,000 reflecting our confidence in your expertise and impact, with the opportunity for bonuses tied to company performance and individual contributions.
  • Ownership Opportunities. Equity stock options at hire, with annual performance-based grants-become an invested stakeholder in our shared success.
  • Actual compensation for the position is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to affordability, skills, qualifications and experience, and may vary from the range.
