Operations Supervisor - Weekend Shift Friday - Sunday; 5:00am - 5:30pm Now that you've found the job description, what's next?
A day in the life of a Operations Supervisor at VF looks a little like this.
In this position you will be responsible for the supervision of the accurate and timely operations of replenishment, picking, trouble resolution and Value-Added Services (VAS).

Create, generate, and analyze DC/LM reports to ensure throughput goals are being met.

VF will provide reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals to the extent required by applicable law.

Experience and proficiency with WMS (PkMS) or other comparable WMS, RF and MHE technologies.
Working knowledge of OSHA regulations.
Ability to balance and prioritize competing demands.
Ability to interact with all levels of management with confidence and respect.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in core computer skills (Microsoft Office).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (Bi-lingual
Spanish preferred).
Bachelor's Degree
