About the role
- As a key member of our delivery team, you will configure, customize, and extend ServiceNow applications across multiple business domains - working closely with architects, project managers, and client stakeholders to turn strategy into working software.
- You bring discipline and quality to every story you close.
Responsibilities

- Develop proprietary solutions, build new intellectual property, and help shape the future of AI-powered and agentic transformation for the enterprise.
- Implement, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications including CSM, SOM, FSM, SPO, SLO, FSO, and APO.
- At TWG, TCs are expected to own their sprint commitments, communicate proactively on blockers, and deliver clean, maintainable work without needing to be chased.
- Deliver sprint work with precision and timeliness - meeting story acceptance criteria and maintaining accurate task status throughout.
- Develop and maintain server-side and client-side scripts: business rules, client scripts, UI actions, policies, workflows, and catalog items.
- Design and build integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Servers, and OAuth2/SAML.
- Support QA and UAT - unit testing, defect resolution, and documentation of technical decisions.

Requirements
- 2-5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development and configuration experience on enterprise-scale projects.
- Experience with ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, App Engine Studio, UI Builder, and Service Portal development.
- Experience & Skills
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
- Certifications Required
- Experience with ServiceNow Agentic AI capabilities or ISV partner solutions (Logik.AI, Tenon).
