Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a group of Project Managers to deliver safe, compliant, high-quality projects while balancing resources across the portfolio.
- Lead all aspects of construction and renovation projects from planning through turnover, ensuring delivery on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Monitor portfolio performance, communicate status updates, raise risks, and maintain reporting on schedule, cost, change, safety, and project outcomes.
- Identify emerging issues, remove obstacles, and implement recovery strategies to address impacts to safety, scope, schedule, cost, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Support asset management planning by assessing asset condition, recommending renewal strategies, and aligning investments with business risk and lifecycle needs.
- Proven ability to lead Project Managers and cross-functional project teams.
- Strong expertise in construction delivery, building systems, design coordination, project controls, commissioning, and project closeout.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Facilities Management, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- For candidates who do not possess a university degree, and additional 3-years experience is required (total of 9+ years).
- A valid driver's license and maintenance of a responsible driving record is required which will be validated before hire.
