Lead, mentor, and develop a group of Project Managers to deliver safe, compliant, high-quality projects while balancing resources across the portfolio.
Lead all aspects of construction and renovation projects from planning through turnover, ensuring delivery on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
Monitor portfolio performance, communicate status updates, raise risks, and maintain reporting on schedule, cost, change, safety, and project outcomes.
Identify emerging issues, remove obstacles, and implement recovery strategies to address impacts to safety, scope, schedule, cost, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Support asset management planning by assessing asset condition, recommending renewal strategies, and aligning investments with business risk and lifecycle needs.
Proven ability to lead Project Managers and cross-functional project teams.
Strong expertise in construction delivery, building systems, design coordination, project controls, commissioning, and project closeout.

Bachelor's degree Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Facilities Management, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
For candidates who do not possess a university degree, and additional 3-years experience is required (total of 9+ years).
A valid driver's license and maintenance of a responsible driving record is required which will be validated before hire.
